Kadith's Weyr I've known Jen for a while. She tends to write more comic, as well as far darker fanfic than I'm usually wanting. Her dark stuff can be quite "disturbing" sometimes. But disturbing isn't always bad....

O Captain, My Captain Liz Griffin's site is filled with wonderful Janeway fanfic. It's one of the first places I tend to check for new fanfic when I'm really craving it.
